Vintage Bohemian Shoot at Northcourt House
It was such a pleasure to work on this collaborative shoot. Brought together by some very talented wedding suppliers. The theme juxtaposed a romantic vintage bohemian style with a sense of the ethereal.
Our shoot took place within the North and East wing of Northcourt House. Despite its many impressive grand rooms this wonderful Jacobean manor house has a warm, homely feel with large tranquil gardens harmonising beautifully with the surrounding environment.
In the low Winter sunlight, we got some wonderful shots, expertly captured by Lucy Boynton Photography.
Bridal Hair Pieces
Beautiful handmade and unique hair pieces were kindly supplied by Gemma Sangwine. Gemma is an award winning bridal milliner specialising in bespoke, ethical and sustainable designs inspired by vintage fashion and the natural world. Her stunning hair pieces were a real feature of the shoot, enhancing the romantic bohemian vibe.
Our deco cocktail trolley styled with original 1960s barware added a touch of vintage glamour
Flowers taking centre stage
Bembridge Flower Shop opulently adorned our peacock chairs and vintage milk churns with a rich colour pallet of purples and plums that contrasted luxuriously against green foliage. The beautiful bridal bouquet, hand tied with a delicate floaty ribbon completed the romantic floral decadence and chimed beautifully with our styling and colour scheme.
If you would like to include our props and tableware or perhaps a one-off vintage piece from the Etsy shop for a commercial or editorial shoot, please do get in touch using our contact form. We love the creative process of working collaboratively on shoots and would love to hear from you.
